Gothic BonBon by Brite Star "Jilly"
CH Pleasant View of Moonstone x Brite Star's Razzleberry
10/22/2002 - 4/4/2012

Beautiful Jilly Bean left this world April 4, 2012 by passing away peacefully in her sleep as she lay right next to me. Jilly was a remarkably active, healthy and wonderfully tempered girl with an amazing personality and true zest for life. She lived a very long life with me and lived to be 9.5 years old. Jilly matured into a grand older lady, who always doted on her kids right up until the night she passed away. She was an outstanding momma, and I have many fond memories of sleeping in the puppy box right with her and her kids. She would clean her kids, nurse them, and then show love to me. Jilly and I had a very special bond and we trusted each other completely. I think she even knew what I was thinking many times and she was always there for me with her smile and paw. She had excellent vision and caught treats from very far away. Jilly had 3 beautiful litters of babies who comfort me in her loss by allowing me to see her in their faces. I miss the way she loved to play with her rope and tug toys and the way she loved to sunbathe in the backyard. Jilly will be remembered always and as of April 2012, she has 6 champion kids and others that carry on her legacy. I know she is with her friends Jack, Ernie, Shelby and Whitney at the Bridge, running around, having fun and maybe even playing with a rope toy.

We love you Jilly Bean and while grandma and I miss you so much, we know we will meet up with you again.

We are in the process of obtaining the Mastiff Club of America Hall of Fame designation for Jilly.
