Little Shelby is just that—a miniature of our first Mastiff, Shelby—Brite Star’s Precious Memories. Little Shelby’s AKC registered name is Gothic More Precious Memories, and she has already started to create some special memories. When Shelby was only a few weeks old, she started to remind my mom of our “original Shelby”, and over the last 10 months, she has developed many mannerisms that seem to be similar to those from our first Shelby. In any event, Little Shelby is a wonderful girl and just like her mom, is game for anything! She carries herself with confidence, and loves to go for walks, adores visiting human and dog friends, and enjoys playing tug of war with other dogs with her rope toys. Did we mention the show ring? Little Shelby hasn’t shown a lot, but she LOVES to show off  - She even has already garnered a few points towards her championship title from the 6-9 month puppy class.

Thanks to Memo Cavazos for finishing little Shelby at the Angeles Canyon dog show in April 2009. Thanks to judge Virginia Lyne for recognizing our beautiful girl. Although Shelby looks serious in this picture, she was very happy once she got home from her trip to California with Memo.

Thanks to judge Hubbell for this nice win! Shelby is maturing just beautifully. We are just thrilled with this girl and how she is growing up! Many people have commented on how nicely and effortlessly she moves, which is always nice to hear.
